ordered a medium which fits 5'7" height and 160 lbs frame very well. Pant legs are a bit long but manageable. He will use this mostly at the gym but it could be worn to the store, lounging about or ???? The fabric is very nice (he wanted zipper pockets too) and be very durable. Very happy to have purchased this! I’m 5’10”” 170 PERFECT FIT The Large fits almost perfectly. The quality seems quite good. It looks good. Now, if you have to have a status logo, this isn't the sweatsuit for you. But if you want an inexpensive, good-looking, and practical one, go for it. I ordered XL I’m 6'3'' and 216lb and it’s a great fit, comfortable material and stylish. One of the great features is the zipper pockets-- this way, you can put your keys, your wallet, etc., in your pocket and be not worry about those things sliding out like they typically do with most track suits that have open pockets. The jacket and pants have zippers on the pockets.
