The two inch compression is great on these manikins. There is a metal clicking sound that student, instructor can hear to tell they are compressing the proper depth Works great for my CPR classes, and to bother my paranoid neighbor, just put him up in the window and leave him ! I even put different shirts on him from time to time Use this all the time for opioid overdose reversal trainings and it's held up fantastically. Great value. Only issue is his mouth is too small for some of the COR masks. But that doesn't bother me much. Prestan is my little sidekick
