Chasing adventure & riding quality crafted boards. DB Longboards was founded out of the sheer love of longboarding by a group of high school friends with a shared love of skating. The first boards were pressed in a Tacoma, WA garage, where the founders experimented with different shapes and constructions. Today the same crew builds DB boards in a state-of-the-art factory just a few miles from the original location. Although the factory has changed, the mission remains the same: Create amazing products, do it sustainably, and treat customers and employees like family. The DB Longboards factory is located just south of Seattle, WA in the heart of the Puget Sound. Within the factory walls is a dedicated contingent of board riders with a passion for human powered mobility. This state-of-the-art facility allows the team to create one of a kind boards from unique molds and materials. From raw material to the finished product, DB Longboards strives to constantly push the limits of board design and quality construction. DB Longboards uses only quality materials and components when it comes to building their products and their fine attention to detail is the trademark of any DB Longboard or Complete. Every board built, from cruisers to downhill decks, comes with the same caliber of components, thoughtfully assembled so the final product is uncompromising. Absolutely all of the scrap that's produce is repurposed into down stream products. From the off cuts to scraps, there is zero landfill waste produced from the longboard decks. In addition to their repurposing program, DB Longboards strives to use only low VOC and water based chemicals to keep the earth and their employee’s happy and healthy.
