When placing the rug on the floor should the corners or ends want to turn up, simply place a heavy book or other heavy objects on the turned-up area for a few hours, or in extreme cases leave the heavy object on the turned-up area over-night. In order to get maximum use out of your new rug, regular vacuuming is highly recommended. The use of a non-slip rug pad along with the periodic rotation of the rug within the room setting will minimize uneven wear and traffic patterns.
