Wella colorcharm Developers were formulated specifically for use with colorcharm Hair Color – use it with either Wella colorcharm Liquid Permanent Hair Color, or with Wella colorcharm Gel Permanent Hair Color. Cream developers come in 20 volume up to 2 levels of lift and 40 volume 3-4 levels of lift. Clear comes in 20 volume up to 2 levels lift. TIP: For no lift-Create a 10 volume developer by mixing either the 20 volume Cream or Clear developer at a 1:1 ratio with distilled water. Ideal for both bowl and brush and bottle application. The Developers come in two version, Clear and Cream. Cream makes a slightly thicker consistency for added control with bowl and brush applications and creative techniques with foil and other coloring tools.
