With included Safety Straps, it is simple to secure your bikes to the KAC Overdrive Sports K4 2” Hitch Mounted Rack. One strap secures two bikes. Keep your bikes sturdy and safe on the road with a patented Anti-Wobble System that eliminates slack between the receiver and the rack. A rear reflector adds enhanced visibility at night. Our innovative Quick Release Smart Tilt feature allows the entire rack to be dropped away from the vehicle for rear cargo access, even while bikes are loaded. When bikes are unloaded, the center post and hook arms can be folded down flat with the push of a button for quick and easy access to the vehicle back hatch. Because this bike rack is made from heavy duty steel and can support up to 240 lbs. when fully loaded with 4 bikes, it is not recommended to tilt the loaded rack alone or to let the rack fall freely into the tilt position. To protect the rack and to help prevent injury, always use caution and some help when tilting a full load. The entire bike rack can be folded up flat behind the vehicle to save space when not in use. This compact folding design is convenient for garage parking and for avoiding the added effort to remove the rack between use. The padded hook arms are easily adjusted with turn-knobs to slide the arms up or down.
