Clean nails with a polish remover (preferrably acetone based). Apply 1-2 thin coats. Use twice a week repeating above steps each time for the first 8 weeks. After 8 weeks continue use once a week. You can also use with nail polish simply apply the Hardener & Conditioner, apply selected polish and top with Hardener & Conditioner. NOTE: Allow at least two weeks to pass before applying the product to any nail that has had artificial or gel related products removed. Occasionally, the nail tips may chip during the first two weeks of use. This is normal, because the product is hardening a weak nail and the new growth has not yet appeared. If this should occur, simply reshape the nail with an emery board. Continue the use of the hardener & conditioner as directed.
