In this tabletop fountain water cascades from a wooden bucket onto a water mill which is inside a broken jar. The water then drops from the broken jar into a wooden crate. It then falls onto a second water mill which is inside a wooden garden cart. Water sound audibility index: 9 on a scale of 0 as min and 10 as max. The fountain has two watermills, one in the broken jar and one in the cart. The fountain includes 4 color changing LED lights that reflect beautiful colors on the crystal ball and makes the water glimmer. Open Air Design The open backend design keeps the air circulating through the fountain so the water does not create any musk or smell in the water tank. Easy Refill And Cleaning Easily refill water and also clean through the back. Pre-assembled The fountain is made of polyresin material and comes fully assembled. A crystal ball floats and revolves with water in the top bucket. Water Pump Submersive water pump with LED lights. For 110 V ~ 120 V. Easy Install The water pump and LED lights are pre-installed and easily be taken out for cleaning. Water Flow Speed Pump comes with a water flow control switch which is at the front of the pump and can be adjusted to control water flow speed. QUICK TIPS: Read the instruction manual for operation and troubleshooting. Make sure the fountain pump is properly immersed in water. Do not overfill as it will start spilling water when the fountain runs. See the instruction manual. All pumps are tested. If you hear pump noise then it is because the pump is not properly immersed in water (try putting in more water, refer to instructional manual) or not properly placed / laying flat inside the fountain (try place adjusting the pump position slowly inside the fountain until pump noise goes away completely). For first time use, we recommend turn on the fountain first and when water starts running then place the crystal ball on top (this is to build water pressure and tension). No need to remove crystal ball after that. To get the most life out of the water pump, never keep it running without water and turn off the fountain when not in used. DIY TROUBLESHOOT ISSUES: What if my crystal ball stops spinning or does not spin? First of please understand there is NO direct mechanical or electric part that revolves the ball. The ball revolves with water flow pressure. So there should not be any friction between the surfaces. So basically if the ball has stopped spinning or does not spin, it means that there is some friction between the crystal ball and the fountain. Please try these 4 steps below. With a wet towel cleaning / scrubbing the circular rubber part on the fountain top where the crystal ball sits. The idea is to clean any mineral deposits that may be causing friction. Wash the crystal ball with water and soap and dry with clean towel. Again the idea is to remove any residue from the ball that may be causing friction. Make sure the water level is adequate and water flow level is set to positive all the way. For the first time after the steps above turn on the fountain first and when water starts running then place the crystal ball on top. This is to build water pressure and tension. No need to remove crystal ball after that. What if my water pump starts making noise? Please refer to the steps below to clean the pump. Unplug the water fountain from the power source and gently pull out the water pump from the water tank. Remove the pipe from the pump. Slowly and gently remove the top cover of the pump (this is the side where you have the plus/minus switch for water flow control). With a tweezer take out the propeller and clean from all circular sides. Insert the propeller back and put the top cover back until it fits from all side. Attach the pump to the pipe and place it in the tank. Make sure it is laying flat inside the fountain. Add water and plug it back again. Why I have to fill water frequently? The water refill of the fountain depends on the humidity and temperature of the surrounding environment. Higher temperature means water will evaporate quickly. Some water also ionizes and evaporates as water flows and falls from the fountain. What if my fountain is leaking? All of our products are packed in poly-form and exterior box labeled FRAGILE. However sometimes despite all the care item may still get damage during shipping / handling and develop miniature pores which can cause water leaks. Leaks can also develop due to material expanding or contracting with temperature during the initial use. Please mail us via Amazon if leaks occur for support / return.
