Wear underneath or over clothing in order to take your training anywhere. Durable & adjustable construction and style with galvanized steel weights, tough Cordura black fabric with performance stretch, reflective YKK zipper, and colorful orange elastic adjustable laces. Max weight capacity: Small 15lbs, Medium 20 lbs, Large 20 lbs & XL 25 lbs. Vest ship weight is 10 lbs- if purchasing heavier vest or additional weight those extra weight boxes are 5 lbs each and must be loaded to desired weight. Weight should be evenly distributed from front to back and pickets may be doubled to accommodate more weight.
