Description

Contractor-Grade Kit Flexomeric includes only the highest-quality concrete crack repair materials in its repair kits. This insures that you successfully fill in cracks completely from the inside of the foundation wall through to the outside. This kit can be used to inject into a dry or an actively leaking concrete crack. The injection resin chemically reacts with water and bonds to concrete to form a water-tight, flexible gasket through the entire wall thickness, eliminating any future leaks. The Flexomeric FLEXKIT-101-COM contains 2 single component, mid-range viscosity, high quality crack repair resin, a set of the crack surface paste and port adhesive, and the neccessary accesories needed to repair up to 8' long, 1/16" thick concrete foundation crack in an 8" thick wall. This kit includes corner injection ports for sealing a corner crack on a concrete foundation. They will not work on a flat or any other type of crack. Please see our other products for other options. This complete kit includes a standard injection gun, wire brush, and safety goggles (required for the procedure).  2 Flexomeric FLEXTUBE-110 Crack Injection Resin Cartridges (300ml) 1 Flexomeric Crack Adhesive (Part A) 1 Flexomeric Crack Adhesive (Part B) 2 Injection Nozzles for Crack Injection Resin Cartridges 2 Pieces of Rubber Tubing 12 Corner Injection Ports and Caps 2 Mixing Sticks 2 Pair of Gloves 1 Standard Caulking Gun 1 Wire Brush 1 Safety Goggles 1 Plastic Trowel for Adhesive 1 Instruction Booklet Choosing the correct Flexomeric DIY Foundation Crack Repair kit is easy. Measure the smallest width of the crack. Often, this is at the bottom of the crack. The injection material needs to be able to penetrate this portion of the crack to ensure that entire crack is sealed. Take a quarter coin. The quarter coin is approximately 1/16" thick. If it can fit inside of the thinnest part of the crack, use the FLEXKIT-100 (or FLEXKIT-101 for a corner crack). Otherwise, use one the FLEXKIT-200 (or FLEXKIT-201 for a corner crack).
