An extra small would probably fit me better around the chest, but the small is longer and that's what I wanted. This is cute with leggings and tight jeans. Very babydoll look. Washes nicely. Q: What are the washing/drying instructions for this top? A1: You can wash it in cold water and hung it up to dry. A2: Yes it is washable. Take it out of the dryer as soon as it is dry to avoid wrinkles. It is not short. Comes well below my boyyom.
