Place no more than three medications on pill shelf to prepare them to for consumption. Drink normally. The medications should be washed down when you drink. Refill and repeat for additional medications. Wash cup thoroughly before first use with warm water and mild soap. Rinse with clean water. Fill cup half way with water, juice, or other beverage, making sure not to wet the "pill-shelf". Pills may stick to shelf if it is wet or over-filled. Place no more than 2-3 medications on the special pill shelf inside the cup and drink normally. The pill/s should be washed down when you drink.
