ABOUT ROSE PETALS BENEFITS OF ROSE ORIGIN WHO IT'S FOR Fill a glass jar with Dry Rose Petals and pour Rosehip seed oil (or other carrier oil of choice) in until it covers the petals and then add an extra inch or two. Leave on a sunny window sill for 3-4 weeks to steep, shaking gently every few days to make sure the oil still covers the flowers. Then filter out the flowers using a strainer or cheesecloth. Mix 4 teaspoons of powdered milk, 1/2 teaspoon of Zinc Oxide powder and 2 tablespoons of dry ground Rose Petals in a small bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of rose water at a time until you have a paste, apply on face and neck. Leave on for 10 minutes and then rinse off, followed by your favorite moisturizer. Melt about 2 cups of shea butter soap base, then add 1 tsp of rose essential oil or soap fragrance. Prep your silicone mold by scattering some Dry Rose Petals in the bottom before pouring the soap base mixture in and finishing off the top with more petals. Allow to fully set overnight and then remove from the molds.
