With the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) function that recognizes up to 183 languages, the OS2680H helps you transfer your data from paper-based to Excel, Word or CVS format. Improves accuracy during the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) scanning by eliminating the document’s background from the scan. This setting is available only when the Image Type is set to Black&White. Scanning multiple document pages and save them into a single PDF file, instead of tediously doing one page at a time. Black boarders cause file sizes to be big and unsightly. With the Auto Crop feature, it can remove the black boarder when scanning.
