With hard work and a dream, the Amscan family of brands have grown into the designer, manufacturer, and distributor of decorated party supplies, costumes, accessories, and balloons. Our mission is to help people celebrate life's special moments. From humble beginnings in 1947, Amscan began as a small scale operation out of a family garage in the suburbs of NYC. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
