I got a large and he is 5'11 and 190lb and it fits perfectly with good length and a little room so its not tight. We looked closer at the buttons on the shirt which looked very nice in detail. Overall the shirt is a nice dress shirt. Goes well with accessories. My husband is slim and 6’5” so a large fir hit him nicely. We rolled up the long sleeves and they went down to his wrists.
