Description

This control has a black housing with six buttons; the top two show the back of the chair moving up & down, the next two show the footrest going up & down, and the last two are for the whole chair going up & down. It has a straight quick disconnect plug with five (5) pins. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO HAND CONTROLS IN PRODUCTION NOW THAT LOOK EXACTLY ALIKE, BUT THEY ARE NOT INTERCHANGEABLE; there are two ways to tell which control you need: Look at the serial # of the chair; if the serial # is before Lxx28213xxxxxx (where the small x's could be any numbers or letters) then this is the correct control; if it is after Lxxx28213xxxxxx, then please contact us for options on what parts you will need to get the chair running again. Or the other way to tell is to look at the control box that the hand control extension cable plug into and see what number is on the box; if it has CM105C on the box, then this is the correct control. If any other number on the control box, then let us know and we can help.
