Onyx grill pan uses brushed stainless steel stay-cool handle to help reduce the heat. The interior is coated three times with new Teflon platinum and the exterior is coated twice for easy cleaning. Onyx collection uses Teflon for nonstick coatings. With a forged aluminum core and embedded stainless steel plate, Teflon is added to the inside and outside.
