The cubital tunnel brace has a tough polyethylene shell that protects against pressure on the elbow as well as a plush cloth liner for user comfort. Secure the middle strap by wrapping it around the entire unit and attaching to itself just above your elbow. Tighten and attach the Velcro strap near your wrist at your desired comfort level. Reposition the Velcro-compatible square for a tighter fit.
