Kinetic Bands (Leg Resistance Bands) are worn just above the knees before, during, or after practice routines to help increase leg, hip, and core strength along with increasing flexibility, endurance, and agility. There are multiple levels of resistance based upon user strength levels. Our Flexibility Stunt Strap is used to stretch before and after dance practice and routines or any time you need to stretch! This product allows the dancer to stretch without stressing the joints and eliminates the need for a partner during specific stretches.
