Once my scrubs started fitting uncomfortable I knew I had to stop. I now replace my lunch with one Vanilla bean shake and a bottle of water. I take an apple to have in the car on my way home. I don't like eating breakfast, never have, I always have 2-3 cups of coffee and water. Dinner is always sensible veggie, salads and protein. I cut back on chips and cookies and buy now fruits, cottage cheese, and pork rinds if I really need to have something crunchy. No exercise I'm allergic to it ;) I'm happy to say in 1 month I have lost 7lbs. Some days are easier than others but to make it easier I just don't buy "bad" snacks. Taking my lunch and fruit to work has helped tremendously much easier to say no to pizza when I know I have my stuff with me.
