Davis Chlorhexidine ointment may be used as a soothing topical ointment around surface wounds and sores. It is a non-irritating formula containing special emollients that can be used daily on all dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, horses and foals. Chlorhexidine Gluconate, Jojoba Esters Blend, Fatty Acid Esters, Purified Water, Cosmetic Grade Dye, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyle Alcohol, HydroxyethylcelluloseCarefully cleanse around the wound area and apply as needed. Do not use for deep puncture wounds or serious burns.
