No ammonia or peroxide, so, it’s gentle on your hair. TouchBack lasts until shampooed out. Hair color is numbered from 1 to 10. Level 1 is jet black and 10 is platinum blonde. Allergy Test: This product contains ingredients that may cause skin irritation on certain individuals. Perform this simple Allergy Test 48 hours before use: Apply a small sample to the inside of one elbow. Let dry. Do not cover or disturb. Examine area over the next 48 hours. If redness, irritation or other skin discomfort occurs, do not use this product. Caution: Do not use this product on eyebrows or eyelashes; to do so may cause blindness. If solution gets into eyes, rinse immediately with cool water. If irritation occurs, call a physician.Apply to dry hair. For resistant gray hair, hold the applicator on the hair for a few seconds to deposit extra color. Mousse, gel and other styling products may be used prior to applying the hair color, and hair spray can be used over it. A special comb, for use at temples and hairline, is included in every package. The comb acts as a skin shield for those areas. Slide the comb under the hair, as close to the scalp as possible, then apply the color.
