When you receive you Roma Travel Bag after ordering you may be surprised at how large it looks when it is folded for shipping. Your Roma bag will look like this picture and measure 24" x 24" -- however -- when packed and in use the Roma Travel Bag measures 12" x 11" x 21" as seen in the picture above. The Roma Travel Bag is made with thick (1.8mm) full grain leather and weighs 5.5 pounds. At Floto we prefer to work with genuine hand stained vegetable tanned leather. The supple skin has a sweet scent, is easy to cut and sand, strong and flexible, and does not contain any toxic or harmful substances. Our second most important ingredient, the bag lining, is made at a textile mill in South Carolina. Our American made 8 ounce cotton duck canvas lining is soft and durable. All Floto leather bags are handcrafted in Florence, Italy by skilled artisans practicing techniques handed down for generations. Artisans in the hills of Tuscany carefully hand stain each Floto leather skin by using a special cotton sponge and non-toxic vegetable based stain. Floto is an American brand. Every Floto leather bag is artisan made in Italy, but it was designed and packaged in the United States. As a small family owned company we are thankful and grateful for your business.
