Uneven or previously wet surfaces may cause instability. The legs are fully connected to the base of the tub. The bolts and knobs for the XL legs should be fully tightened before use. Make sure your pet is below the recommended weight limit of 175 lbs. Fully connect the drain hose for proper water drainage. The Booster Bath is not designed to have standing water in the base of the tub. For any parts that are missing or defective, please contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Each Booster Bath comes with a 5" drain hose for simple cleanup. The rubberized non-slip mat prevents your dog from slipping and sliding during bath time to help reduce stress. The legs screw in for extra support The attached shampoo caddy eliminates chasing the shampoo bottle. The fan nozzle snaps on the rim of your Booster Bath, it has on/off volume control and is fantastic for washing dogs. This makes for quick and easy retrieval between rinsing.
