Our athletes inspire us, and it’s because of them that we’re changing the game. We bring beauty and performance to her through co-creating with her, because of her, and for her. This is our time to make a difference. Years ago, our founder, Mike Polstein, set out with a straightforward task, create a performance-grade face mask to protect his daughter from unexpected hops on the field. Since then, we’ve seen the lack of female inclusion in the sports world. So we set out on a greater mission to change that. When our athletes speak, we listen. This mantra has been at the heart of RIP-IT since day one, and we’re very excited to announce that we have expanded our product line to include soccer and volleyball. Our mission is to elevate female athletes, so it only made sense to bring the style and performance you’ve come to know from RIP-IT in softball to more girls by growing into more sports. By hearing what our girls have to say, we understand what they need and what they deserve. We’ll stop at nothing on our path to empower the female athlete.
