DPF Cleaner is a highly effective fluid (and one piece of the kit) for cleaning clogged diesel particulate filters in passenger cars, SUVs light to medium duty trucks including those powered by Duramax and Cummins engines. The DPF cleaner dissolves contaminants in diesel particulate filters. Returns optimum vehicle handling, engine performance and lowers fuel consumption. Regular cleaning in combination with flushing can help avoid expensive repair costs including the replacement of the diesel particulate filter which can cost upwards of $3,000. Liquid Moly's DPF Cleaner fluid must be used in conjunction with DPF Purge fluid (LM 5171), Spray Wand and attachments (LM 7945) and Pressurized Spray Gun (LM 7946).
