Self-lubricating Acetal polymer sheaves running on polished stainless steel races perform equally well with dynamic loads and high static loads. For durability and a long service life, these blocks are the right choice for sheets, halyards and control line applications for cruising and racing. Captive Lock universal head can be fixed in either of two planes, or free to swivel as required Pulleys for fibrous rope sizes 1/4" to 1/2". Series 50 all purpose pulleys are used in multiple industrial and OEM application that require an efficient and durable product. Load ratings for these pulleys are exceptionally high for their size, starting at 1650lb for the All Purpose single. UV stabilized acetal sheaves provide bearing performance on a polished stainless steel race that performs equally well with dynamic and static loads, to provide maximum durability and a long service life. Becket pins are removable so lines can be spliced prior to fitting, and are ingeniously locked into position without the use of clevis pins, split rings or tools. Shackles have slotted pins to avoid fouling lines. 1650 lbs maximum working load. 3310 lbs breaking load. 2" sheave diameter. 1/2" maximum rope. 3/16" pin diameter. Bearing type: plain bearing.
