To ensure the safety and stability of the Booster Bath, please follow the guidelines below: The Booster Bath is fully assembled and placed on a flat, dry surface. Uneven or previously wet surfaces may cause instability. The legs are fully connected to the base of the tub. The legs should make a light snapping noise when the legs are properly assembled. If you do not hear the legs snap into place, the leg may have a defective tab. Make sure your pet is below the recommended weight limit of 125 lbs. Fully connect the drain hose for proper water drainage. The Booster Bath is not designed to have standing water in the base of the tub. For any parts that are missing or defective, please contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Use the manufacturer website for more information regarding the weights, dimensions, and FAQ's. It comes with an adjustable 3-point restraint system with a quick snap, removable collar. Each Booster Bath comes with a 5" drain hose for simple cleanup. The rubberized non-slip mat prevents your dog from slipping and sliding during bath time to help reduce stress. The legs detach quickly for easy storage. The attached shampoo caddy eliminates chasing the shampoo bottle. The fan nozzle snaps on the rim of your Booster Bath, it has on/off volume control and is fantastic for washing dogs. This makes for quick and easy retrieval between rinsing. Choose between a gentle stream or heavy flush, flat water pattern which allows you to sweep away soap and suds.
