Discontinue use and contact your healthcare professional if you experience an adverse side effect or an allergic reaction.Per 4 capsules of AlgaeCal Plus: Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 1600 IU, Vitamin K2 (as MK-7) 100 mcg, Calcium (from AlgaeCal® l. superpositum) 720 mg, Magnesium (from AlgaeCal® l. superpositum+ Magnesium Oxide) 350 mg, Boron (Glycinate) 3 mg, and Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 50 mg. Other Ingredients: Vegetable Cellulose (vegetarian capsule), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable grade), Microcrystalline Cellulose.Take 4 caps daily (2 caps twice a day with meals) for increased strength or 3 caps daily (1 cap with each meal) for maintenance. Also take our companion product Strontium Boost to maximize bone health. There may be a slight powdery film on the capsules. This is normal and due to the fact that they are veggie caps. Start slow if you are more sensitive. Take 1 cap a day for 3-5 days. Once you’ve adjusted, increase to 2 caps.
