Only a pea sized amount of CloSYS toothpaste is needed. Brush teeth at a 45° angle into the gum line to be sure the teeth and gums are addressed. Be sure to not brush to aggressively. CloSYS toothpaste works great with an electric toothbrush as it will not foam which reduces brushing time which should be for 2 minutes.
