Return original product to the name and address provided. Once shipment is received and inspected, if deemed to be defective, a new shipment will be sent to you as a replacement. Shipment of the replacement product will be paid by the seller for you. If the unit is found to be in a state of lesser condition than what was originally sent to the buyer, an automatic 0-20% restocking fee will be applied. A replacement unit will then be shipped to you at the expense of the seller. The initial return shipment from the buyer to the seller will be compensated by the seller to the buyer. Potential 0-20% (never to exceed 50%) may be accessed if the unit was improperly used by the end user, or the product has been opened from its original packaging. Items are covered by a 30-Day Return Policy. After 30-Days the Buyer is responsible for all labor, parts, and transportation costs.
