Opalescence PF whitening gel also contains PF (potassium nitrate and fluoride) and is intended to be dentist-supplied and supervised. Remove excess gel with clean finger or soft toothbrush. Gently rinse twice; do not swallow rinsed gel. If significant sensitivity occurs, stop treatment and consult dentist.
