The bungee cord is hidden inside the rope, where it acts as a built-in snubber. Two foam floats on these bungee dock lines protect the boat from chafing, which extends its longevity. There's a sliding adjustment at both ends for quick, efficient docking. These dock lines are recommended for docking boats and PWC's up to 3,500 pounds.
