The EARTHLITE Bolsters are designed to take strain off the lower back during massage therapy, add comfort to your home or your yoga class, stretching etc. The bolster is placed for example under the knee during face up massage, under the ankle when face down, and can also be used to support the neck or for just sleeping better depending on the model.
