Super Echinacea is a proprietary blend of the extracts of Echinacea root, Echinacea seed, and Echinacea leaf and flower. We harvest the leaf and flower of Echinacea purpurea plants from our own farms in the summer. We harvest the seed and root each fall. The root, seed and leaf and flower are extracted separately according to their unique biochemical profiles and then blended to ensure a broad-spectrum formula. The herb is extracted in small batches with cane alcohol for potency and to maintain the balance of phytochemicals as they exist in the plant. We assure herb identity via macroscopic and organoleptic analysis, then confirm it through methods such as HPTLC fingerprinting specific to each herb. Our liquid extracts are easily dispensed, taken in liquid form and added to water or other liquid. All of Herb Pharm liquid herbal extracts are prepared according to precise good Manufacturing Practices and with individualized formulations or processes which enable each herb to be extracted according to its own unique physical and biochemical characteristics. This attention to detail produces a finished extract which optimally represents the herb from which it was made. Herb Pharm extracts are very rich in the aroma taste and bioactive compounds of the original herbs themselves. They use pharmaceutical grade certified organic alcohol to make over 80% of our liquid herbal extracts. Ingredients are Echinacea root (Echinacea purpurea) extract 649 mg, certified organic cane alcohol (46-56%) and distilled water.
