Lladró was born out of the passion for porcelain of three brothers, Juan, José and Vicente Lladró, who began making their first pieces in their family home in Almàssera, a town near Valencia. A family workshop from which the success story of an iconic Spanish brand was forged and which today is an international benchmark for lifestyle. Unhurried, with the same care and passion used by the ancient alchemists, Lladró porcelain is still made by hand in Spain. From chemistry to modelling, through carving, relief, engraving, painting... a team of expert artists and designers keep alive ancestral trades and techniques to turn porcelain into dreams.
