Whats in the box: Filter & 3/8 ̋ Plastic Tubing Turn off the cold water shut-off valve to the filter system and dispense water from kitchen faucet until water flow stops to relieve pressure. Turn arrow on the filter from locked to unlocked position. Gently pull down to remove cartridge and discard. NOTE: Place a pan or bucket under the filter system to catch any water drips. Line up arrow on the new cartridge with unlocked position on head, insert cartridge, and turn to locked position. NOTE: Mark the date the filter is installed on cartridge label. From bad taste, chlorine and even lead, tap water is not always safe. Filtering your water reduces contaminates and provides clean, better tasting water.
