Description

Keep used blades out of the workplace, off the floor, and out of trash bags to minimize the risk of workplace injury. Pair with one of Pacific Handy Cutter’s Blade Dispensers to the front of the Blade Bank to create a convenient blade change station. A compact design, along with included metal wall mount, two screws and two zip ties, allows for the Blade Bank to be mounted or stored anywhere in your facility. As the pioneers of the industry, PHC now holds over 50 patents and has created more than 200 products, adding new, innovative products every year. We have led the industry for over 70 years, and we’ve never stopped looking for new ideas to raise the bar on safety, productivity and damage prevention. Notably, we invented the first successful guarded safety cutter. Working closely with our customers and field workers, we then improved upon the design with an ergonomic, multiple depth safety cutter. The impact was significant. In some cases our clients have seen up to a 95% reduction in cutter related injuries. An unanticipated benefit of the cutting guide was a decrease in product damage, which resulted in huge savings for our customers. With each generation of improvement, our knowledge base of safety feature technologies continues to benefit our customers with our relentless drive to improve on each product we develop. The SP017 is a safety point blade that is both sharp and safer than a standard blade. A blunted tip safety feature helps to prevent minor puncture wounds, while the razor-sharp blade is designed to easily slice difficult corrugated and other materials. This blade fits most safety cutter models from Pacific Handy Cutter like the S4, S4S, S5, S7, S8, EZAR, AR3, EZ2+, EZ4, EZ7, GSC3, RZ3 and EZ3. (Box of 100).
