This product should not be used unless under the supervision of a dentist.Opalescence has a shelf life of 24 months refrigerated (12 months un-refrigerated). Recommended refrigeration temperature range is between 36 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit (2 to 8 degrees Celsius).Carbamide Peroxide , PF 15% Potassium Nitrate, FluorideLoad gel into your bleaching tray made by your dentist. Use 1/2 to one full syringe. Brush teeth, then insert tray. Adapt tray sides to teeth. Remove excess gel with clean finger or soft toothbrush. Rinse twice; do not swallow rinses. Follow your dentist's instructions. If significant sensitivity occurs, stop treatment and consult dentist.This product should only be used as directed by your dentist.
